In the next couple of weeks you'll receive a box from PADI with marketing materials for our new Go Pro Challenge. The Challenge has not one but two contests - both with a $10,000 prize.Official contest rules will arrive with the marketing materials, but here is a brief summary of the promotion:
CONTEST #1 -Achieve the most PADI Pro ratings in 2007
Win $10,000 by earning Pro ratings in 2007. Every Pro rating from Divemaster to Course Director has been assigned a point value. The Pro who achieves the most points in 2007 wins. See official contest rules for the point values.

CONTEST #2 - Tell us why you became a PADI Pro
Submit a video or photograph depicting why you became a PADI Pro. The winner will receive $10,000 US and have their video or photo entry shown at the PADI Member Social hosted during the DEMA Show 2007 in Orlando, Florida, USA.
All entrants must have achieved at least one PADI Professional Rating in 2007. Please see official contest rules for details.
