Where would I find a coupon for the EFR deal? Is it a Diving Society benefit, a Specialty of the Month deal, or something else?
Hmmm, you're right. Looks like the PADI offers aren't on the webpage. In that case, I'd order a handbook (they're free). Ask your sales rep to give you product 10255 in your next order.
