This is a little disappointing. I'm all for using dive computers, but divers from a certain other agency that has gone this route seem under-qualified and unaware of the "must use computer" restriction.
Please consider augmenting standards to include having the diver sign an additional form to this extent if the computers-only option is used (for either OWD or EAN courses)

Thanks for your question!
I believe that, at a minimum, our Safe Diving Practices form will be revised to reference the computer-only training option. As you probably know, students are required to review and sign this form prior to all PADI courses with in-water training.
There may be additional changes. I will post them here as I receive the information.
